* Passenger Service Agent
To provide all necessary and required passenger/customer services as contracted by the customer to include but not be limited to reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, terminal/gate check-in, jet way operation, greeting arriving passengers, handling of VIPs, provide special passenger assistance, handle customer complaints and other duties as assigned.

* Status : Permanent Part-time

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Available to work any day anytime
- Possess a valid BC Driver’s License – at least Learner’s license
- Must be able to complete full time training (paid)
- Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
- Additional languages an asset
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Attentive to detail and numerate
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required
- Must be able to type and learn airline specific computer reservation/ ticketing software

Duties
 Must comply with ALL safety rules, safe working practices/procedures, federal, airport authority and carrier security requirements, and Swissport SOPs and Policies;
 Check in embarking passengers and perform all related duties;
 Attend to gate and perform the related duties, as required, including operation of loading bridges and aircraft doors;
 Monitor disembarking passengers for aircraft through port facilities and perform all associated duties;
 Attend to transit and interline passengers;
 Attend to wheelchair cases, assess passenger’s needs and perform all other ancillary duties related to the wheelchair cases;
 Perform the function of cash/ticketing agent in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company; prepare bank deposits;
 Perform the function of reservations agent and all related duties in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company;
 Carry and operate a radio as required;  Perform inventory and stocking of supplies in a manner laid down by the airline and/or Company;
 Baggage reconciliation;
 Administer paperwork and related duties as outlined by airlines and/or Company;  Escort Passengers into customs as required.
 Other duties as assigned

* Fueling Agent
To provide all necessary and required fueling services as contracted by the customer to include but not be limited to aircraft fueling/de-fueling, vehicle fueling and operation of motorized/non-motorized fueling equipment.

* Status : Permanent Full-time

Requirements
 Must have high school diploma or equivalent;
 Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently;
 Valid driver’s license with clean driving record;
 Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays;
 Ability to work in a time-sensitive, multiple shift, and team-oriented environment;
 Must be dependable and able to take direction from supervisors to service the customer safely and ontime General math aptitude;
 Must pass Transport Canada Background check;

Duties
 Must comply with ALL safety rules, safe working practices/procedures, federal, airport authority and carrier security requirements, and Swissport SOPs and Policies;
 Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products;
 Operate motorized fueling vehicles (fuel tank trucks, standard and automatic transmissions);
 Operate non-motorized fueling vehicles (hydrant carts);
 Fuel and defuel aircraft per flight crew/flight plan requirements;
 Inspect fueling equipment and vehicles – report malfunctions or inconsistencies;
 Perform accurate fueling calculations;
 Fuel ground support equipment (gasoline or diesel) as required;
 Interact with carrier personnel;
 Utilize hand-held radios, telephones and computers for communication;
 Complete and submit all documentation associated with fueling activities;
 Respond to fuel emergencies (i.e. fuel spills) utilizing emergency response cart and follow established environmental/company guidelines;
 Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements;  Must comply with Swissport SOPs and policies;
 Other duties as assigned
