* Customer Experience Associate
The Customer Experience Associate performs customer transactions, providing legendary service & advice to create legendary customer experiences. This role is required to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote TDCT products and services to the customers, referring them to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners. The Customer Experience Associate reports to either the Manager Customer Service or Manager Customer Service and Sales.

- Candidate with customer service experience and high English language skills ability
- Fluent in more than one language would be an asset
- Minimum 15 hours per week.

- Create a legendary customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience
- Complete financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and/or other account transactions for customers in an accurate and efficient manner
- Ensure the customer area is professional and inviting in appearance
- Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary
- Proactively demonstrate lobby leadership in the customer lounge, help & advice area and in self-serve areas of the branch with the goal to deliver an enhanced customer experience and create a positive “First Impression’” by greeting and engaging customers in a range of sales, service and informational conversations

Internal Practices & Processes
- Contribute to the branch objective for Operational Excellence
- Be knowledgeable of and company with Bank and industry codes of conduct and with securities laws and regulations
- Understand and apply bank/branch operating policies and procedures – which may include assisting with the branch opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis.

Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions.

* Personal Banking Associate Trainee
Can you establish, build, and maintain impactful relationships with our customers? Do you love working with customers and helping them with their financial needs? We are seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our branch office who can guide customers to the appropriate staff member for resolving their financial queries and banking needs, including new accounts, investment advice and banking solutions. • Customer Service experience is an asset
• Sales experience is an asset (for Personal Banking Associate Trainee)
• High School Diploma
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset

• Engage customers in day to day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions
• Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate solutions while exercising good judgement in confidential matters
• Build customer confidence on emerging digital banking trends by educating them on mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support the frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions; resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters to management
• Recommend improvements to work practices, branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence
• Participate in the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures
• Ensure prepared documentation is accurate, reflects business intentions, and is consistent with relevant regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics
